Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed.

If you have ordered a pre-order or customized item, the processing time may be longer. Please refer to the product description page for details.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

International Shipping:We currently ship to the US, Canada, Australia, UK, Singapore, and other countries.
International shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination.

Please Note: For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and other import fees may be applied by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

International Shipping: We use international carriers such as EMS, DHL, and FedEx.

Estimated delivery time: 7-20 business days (varies greatly depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and holidays).
