Samples & Ordering

We highly encourage sample testing. For new B2B clients, we offer free initial samples. You only need to cover the shipping cost. The sample fee can be deducted from your first official order.

Our MOQ varies depending on the product and customization requirements. For standard products, the MOQ is typically 5 metric tons or 10-20 pallets. We support small trial orders. MOQ for customized products will be higher. Please contact us for a detailed quote.

Absolutely. We offer comprehensive OEM/ODM services, including slitting, rewinding, custom sizes, GSM, specialty dyeing, embossing, and private label packaging. Please tell us your requirements.

Pricing & Payment

We primarily accept T/T (Bank Transfer) and L/C (Letter of Credit). For new clients, the standard payment terms for the first order are 50% deposit, 50% balance against copy of Bill of Lading.

Logistics & Delivery

For standard products, we can arrange shipment within 15-20 working days after receiving the deposit. The production lead time for customized products will be longer and will be clearly specified in the quotation.

We work with reliable international freight forwarders and can arrange sea freight, air freight, and express delivery. We can handle trade terms like FOB, CIF, or EXW based on your needs and will provide you with the most cost-effective logistics solution.

After-Sales Service

We take this very seriously. Please provide clear photos/videos and a detailed description of the problematic products within 7 days of receipt. Our quality inspection team will investigate immediately. If confirmed to be our responsibility, we will provide compensation, replacement, or negotiate a refund based on the situation.
